A one stop shop for the ecological transformation of your property.

Serving Westchester County - Eco Region 59C

The outdoor space around your home is far more valuable than you may think. We want to add more nature to your yard so you can enjoy all of its benefits, like seeing butterflies, hearing songbirds, enjoying the shade of a tree, discovering a new, cool insect, and being able to Simply. Be. There.

EcoReport

For getting started - $475

Starting with an on-site consultation with our Ecological Designer, we walk your property together, understand your goals, priorities, and requirements, and follow up with an EcoReport that includes plant species recommendations and quantities, and a proposal for on-site design of a native plant installation. If you decide to move forward with a native plant installation, the $475 cost for the EcoReport goes towards the installation.

Rewilding Plans

For visionaries - $1.5k - $5k

The PiW Rewilding Plan is designed to act as a roadmap in helping you transform your property to unleash the maximum ecological potential of your piece of earth and it’s inherent beauty. It is more of a long term restoration and stewardship plan than a set ‘design’; one that you can then implement either a) DIY, b) in partnership with your existing landscapers or c) with the ongoing support of PiW.

Design & Install

Native Habitat Installation

Starting at $10k

Starting with the EcoReport, a native plant palette is customized to your yard and and your goals for re-wilding your property.

We’ll rewild your landscape by planting native habitats such as a pollinator pathway, shade garden, meadow, mini forest, native edible garden and more.

We use a variety of native trees, shrubs, perennials, grasses, and ground cover that will not only add beauty to your yard, but also support local habitat in the form of pollen, nectar, berries, seeds, leaves, roots, or stems.

We select plant species to create layered landscapes for ease of management and provide care instructions for long-term success of the planting.
